POLICY
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Item(s) will be delivered with 10-15 working days.
PACKAGING
Art prints will be packed in postal tubes or boxes. If package is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Team at service@diarte.photo
RETURNS
In case the shipped product is damaged or unfortunately, you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can return your items within 30 days from the day you received your package.
- Please pack the item(s) in the original tube or box.
- Please write your order # on the outside of the package.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges, if applicable.
- Please be aware that you will be responsible for bearing the cost to return the goods.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT(S)
If you have received an incorrect item or delivered item is damaged, send an email containing a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping box to service@diarte.photo. Kindly specify the order number, item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund, in the body of an email.
Your request will be processed within 2 business days and you will be notified via an email about product replacement or refund progress. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item. However, reimbursements will not be processed until we have received the returned product(s).
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team at +44 (0) 20 3287 2451 or by emailing service@diarte.photo. We are unable to process cancellations for item(s) that have already been shipped.
